A healthy diet, is a diet were you eat a little bit of everything. The eatweel plate its a example of a healthy diet. According to this plate, fruit, vegetables and carbohydrates must represent 30 percent of the whole plate. Proteins and dairy products represent 15 percent of the whole plate. And, for last, fats represent 10 percent of the whole plate.
According to the Eatwell Plate, we should eat more fruits, vegetables and Carbohydrates.
It shows us that we should eat Proteins and Dairy in moderate amounts.
